WELCOME TO OUR HOME!

We would like your stay with us to be unforgettable. In order to serve you properly, we inform you of the following:

  • Free cancellation before 7 days the check-in date.
  • Late cancellation or after 7 days before the check-in date or no show will be charged 50% of the total amount of booking.
  • Our prices are public and do not include taxes.
  • Foreigners paying with dollars/euros or foreign credit card do not pay taxes. Chilean and foreigners residing in Chile must pay 19% tax (IVA).
  • When arriving, the tourist authority may require us to ask you to complete the registration form with your personal data, signature and show your identification document.
  • If you are a foreigner, you must present your passport and migration card to Chile.
  • All room bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card number.
  • We trust you, and we will not make any charges in advance. However, for you to enjoy with ease and we can be able to devote ourselves to serve you properly, room payments must be done in advance, according to the initial bookings specifications.
  • Check-in starts at 14:00 p.m., but if you arrive early and your room is free and ready, we will be delighted to give it to you before the check-in time.
  • We will be sad when you leave… but check-out time is until 11:00 a.m., since we need to prepare it for the new customer. However, as we want you to be always comfortable and feeling like at home, if you need to stay additional hours, do not hesitate in asking us. If there is any possibility, we will be delighted to have you longer!
  • Breakfast will be always waiting you in our dining room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. In case you need to have breakfast earlier for a tour or just because, just let us know the day before. We will be happy to make your breakfast. If you get asleep, we will be also happy to prepare you some coffee and something to eat.
  • We know you will take care of our Hostel, however, the cost of any damage to furniture in the rooms and/or linens will be charge to the passenger.
  • We ask you to take care of your room’s key. In case of lost, it has a cost of 10 USD, because we will need to replace it for the next customer.
  • For safety concerns, we reserve the right of admission, and can deny strangers entering the Hostel and to the rooms, unless the registration form is completed and the Hostel administration is asked before. Extra passengers into the rooms have an additional cost.
  • We care everyone’s health, so our spaces are smoke free. It is only allowed to smoke in designated areas, without disturbing other passengers.
  • We want to help you in all, and so we have additional services as laundry, transfers, tour packages, restaurant, cafeteria, and more.
  • For your safety and of your things, we remind you to keep rooms closed and keep any value objects in the safety box (single and double rooms) and in the lockers (shared rooms). We cannot be responsible for any lost or damage of your things.
